Renew your t-shirts

Do you have a drawer full of old t-shirts and too much time on your hands?

T-shirt rug not t-shirt diaper!

Golly gee, you could turn your old t-shirts into scarves, headbands, bows, wreaths, dishcloths, a ruffled pillow and even a rug!

The instructions to re-purpose your t-shirts are HERE.

Still on the t-shirt topic, who knew you could make your own t-shirt stencils from freezer paper!

Basically, freezer paper is backed with a plastic coating that will stick to soft surfaces when ironed, but it peels off cleanly and easily. So you can draw whatever design you like on the paper side, cut it out, and then stencil away on a t-shirt, tote, canvas, pillowcase, etc. You can find it in the foil/plastic wrap aisle of your grocery store.

A handy-dandy tutorial on using freezer paper to make a t-shirt template can be found HERE.

So I have nothing else to do

If you have nothing to do either, manage your own warpfield

Love your mustache

This goes out to all the mustache lovers!

Don't pshaw me either. I have shaved my mustache off twice in the last 25 years - it just grows back by itself. And I have never, ever grown one of those "love patches" under my lower lip.

The Mustache Handkerchief has four prints of mustaches inspired by:
  • Salvador Dali,
  • Tom Selleck,
  • The Classic Handlebar,
  • and some baseball player from the 80s!!
And if you have any doubts of the true value of how a mustache can make or break a guy, take a look at how moustaches make a difference.

King Kong: the musical

Here's a digital collage I did for a monthly challenge on the Deviant Scrap website.
